INC-USA Elections 2027.

Seven Executive Committee seats are open for nomination through August 1, 2026. Ballots are cast on the plenary floor of Convention Saturday — September 5, 2026 — by credentialed Regional delegates. Per Article 12.6, all votes are open and on the record.

Per Article 12.2, every candidate must submit personal identifying information, a Regional endorsement, and a public statement of intent. The Patrons Council will review all filings per Article 12.3.

§ 04 · Biennial

Every two years, by the book.

A two-year cadence, without exception.

2023. First full national Exco seated at the inaugural Convention in Washington, DC.

2025. Biennial cycle formally codified in the proposed Constitution. 30-day notice period to Regions introduced.

2027. First election under the ratified Constitution. All seven Exco seats refreshed at Convention Saturday by plenary vote.
