§ Contact

We answer.

INC-USA is a 501(c)(3). Every email is read by a human. We respond within 72 hours — faster for members and Ìwẹrẹ Care enrollees. No auto-reply mazes, no ticketing queue you never hear back from.

Every message enters the record.

Under Constitution Article 10.4.3, the Secretary keeps the record of INC-USA. Contact-form submissions, member correspondence, and press inquiries route to the Secretary first — logged with timestamp and routed to the right officer or program director within 72 hours.

No ghosts. If you email us, someone named in the Constitution is reading you.

Three promises. Measured.

Response windows are posted and tracked in the Secretary’s quarterly log. We miss sometimes — humans do — but every miss is on the record, so the next quarter is better.

Don’t use this form.

If you are a U.S.-licensed physician, nurse practitioner, PA, or other clinician interested in volunteering for Iwere Care telehealth, we have a separate credentialing pipeline — license verification, malpractice review, EHR onboarding, and match to a station in Warri / Koko / Ugbokodo.

It takes ~14 days end-to-end. Start there instead of this general form so nothing gets lost.

Press contacts, not PR noise.

We maintain an embargoable press kit with photos, fact sheets, founding-physician bios, and a media-trained spokesperson roster. Interviews at Convention 2026 are pre-booked in 20-minute windows.

For time-sensitive stories, email press@itsekirinationalcongress.org and we’ll respond same-day during business hours ET.
