A diaspora, organized.
The Itsekiri National Congress is a 501(c)(3) in active build. Ìwẹrẹ Care, our health program, is in pilot since 2025; most programs are still being designed. Membership is open — help us shape what comes next.
Three pillars. All in build.
In PilotMedicine across the Atlantic.
Ìwẹrẹ Care is our health program, run with The Roli Mabo Foundation and in pilot since 2025 at the Jakpa (2 beds) and Ugbege (5 beds) health centres in Warri North, Delta State. We are recruiting volunteer diaspora physicians to work with patients there. Warri Central and Sapele are planned.
Two paths, one calling.
Academic scholarships and heritage learning are in the design phase. We’re shaping how undergraduate, graduate, and trade scholarships will work — and how Iwere Academy will teach language, heritage, and oral history across two continents. Want a seat at the table?
