§ WOMEN'S COMMITTEE · ARTICLE 15

Daughters of Warri.

We are the keepers of the culture — the midwives, the market traders, the grandmothers who hold the proverbs. The Women's Committee carries that lineage into the diaspora through eight active programs, a scholarship fund, and a seat at every governance table the Congress convenes.

§ ARTICLE 15
The Women's Committee shall be a standing body of the Congress with independent chair, budget, and a guaranteed seat at every governance table where women's lives are on the agenda.

The Women's Committee is not an auxiliary. It is a co-equal body with the authority to initiate programs, manage a dedicated budget line, and veto board decisions that materially affect women's programs without prior Committee consultation. Its chair serves a three-year term and is elected by the Regional Women's Sub-Committees.

The Committee maintains eight active program lines and a fiduciary relationship with two maternal-health foundations. Annual reports are public. Quarterly financials are posted to the Governance archive.
