INC-USA invites visiting delegations to Convention 2026 — from the Itsekiri homeland, from sister-orgs in the UK and Canada, and from consular observers. We support visiting parties with visa documentation, accommodation, transport, and cultural protocol. Visiting parties are being invited.
We are in active outreach with leadership at sister Itsekiri associations in the UK and Canada, with the visiting palace party, and with consular observers. Names appear here only after each visiting party formally confirms and approves their listing. Email guests@inc-usa.org to coordinate a visiting delegation.
We issue a personalized invitation letter for guests needing a US B-1/B-2 visa. We coordinate with the relevant consulate and supply supporting documentation. Email guests@inc-usa.org to start.
Group rate at the SF Airport Marriott Waterfront ($149/night). Special arrangements for senior visiting parties are coordinated case-by-case with the Cultural committee.

Itsekiri ↔ English interpretation can be arranged on request for plenaries and the Saturday Gala. Translated program materials are provided where available. Email guests@inc-usa.org with the visiting party's needs in advance.
Our Cultural committee drafts arrival protocol, seating chart, stage introductions, and gift exchange in consultation with the visiting party. First-time US visitors receive a short cultural orientation on arrival — time zones, tipping, safety, food.
Iwere Care volunteer physicians can be on-call for visiting parties when needed. Short medical appointments (routine screenings, prescription refills) can be arranged on request through our diaspora physician network.
If you’re a visiting guest or sponsoring a guest’s attendance, we issue a personalized US invitation letter within 10 business days. Reach out at invitations@inc-usa.org with the guest’s passport name, date of birth, and purpose of visit.
The Saturday Gala welcomes our visiting delegations alongside the membership. Reserve before the August 13 hotel cutoff.
